Here at Dive Spear and Sport, we know you’re super keen to get in the water with your new gear! Hence we want to get it to you as quick as possible. However, no matter how keen we are to get things out to you, sometimes there are other factors that affect the speed in which you receive it.

We endeavour to follow the below policy. In extenuating circumstances, we will get in touch direct with the situation – to us communication is key!


All orders are dispatched within 72 hours of receiving your order during business hours of Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm. If ordered on a weekend or public holiday, we will ship 72 hours from next business day. Occasionally, more obscure products may take a little more time, we will endeavour to ship ASAP or contact you should that change.


We use Australia Post and several different courier services to deliver our orders so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Delivery times will depend on your location, for an estimate of delivery times please get in contact with us via email at info@divespearandsport.com.au.

Please note: Parcels to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland can take an extended amount of time due to courier delivery schedules.

Should you require your order quickly, please contact the shop as we can accommodate requests to use an express courier.

Order Tracking

We offer standard tracking numbers and consignment numbers upon request.

Shipping Rates

We have a standard flat rate of $15 Australia wide to metropolitan areas and $25 to WA, NT, North Queensland and remote regions. If you require an express service please get in contact with the shop to discuss the best possible options.

Back Orders

We endeavour to keep a very close eye on our stock, that being said every now and again we all make little mistakes. If we have made a stock error and cannot provide your item to you in a timely manor we are happy to credit your account for 12 months or offer a refund in full.
